High School DxD’s rival: Princess Lucia

Hello, it’s time for some LEWD MOMENTS.

Nah not really, we child-friendly…. barely.

But yeah if this manga actually booms (which it didn’t), it would be High School DxD’s rival.

This manga has 5 volumes and went on for 6 years. Why so long? Seo really took his time drawing this one, he started when he was doing Kimi no Iru Machi, and ended it during Fuuka. He took frequent hiatuses making this manga, I remember a hiatus lasted a year.

The story is ok? The beginning is great once again, I like the setting and concept, it does show promise. But slowly with more characters introduced into the series, the goal of the manga became more and more blurred, and became really uncertain on how the story will progress. There is angels and devils so yeah, very High School DxD-esque.

At the mid-point, it feels like all goals are now no longer a priority but instead, it milks fanservice very intensely, to try and drag the story to an acceptable amount and end the story. Climax isn’t really much, ending is inconclusive, making my predictions correct.

Art is pretty much copy and paste from Kimi no Iru Machi, not really much from Suzuka, with added horns and wings. He didn’t really went on to enhance the designs, which is ok, since I like the designs anyway.

Score:

Story: 7/10

Art: 7/10

Recommended for cock tease moments if you are dying for some.
